Privacy Policy
General Privacy Policy
By using my website you agree to the collection, processing and use of data as described below. My website can generally be visited without registration. Data such as pages viewed or names of files accessed, date and time are stored on the server for statistical purposes, without this data being directly related to your person. Personal data, in particular name, address or e-mail address are collected as far as possible on a voluntary basis. No data will be passed on to third parties without your consent.
Informational use
If you use this website without otherwise (eg by registration or use of the contact form) to transmit data to me, I collect only technically necessary data that are automatically transmitted to the appropriate server (eg IP address, date and time of request, browser type and operating system). This is technically necessary in order to be able to display my website to you. Insofar as this involves personal data, Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO is the legal basis for the collection.
Your rights
You have the following legal rights regarding the personal data concerning you:
Right to information
As a data subject, you have the right to request confirmation as to whether I am processing personal data concerning you. If this is the case, you have the right to obtain information about this personal data as well as further information, e.g. the purposes of processing, the recipients and the planned duration of storage or the criteria for determining the duration.
Right to rectification and completion
As a data subject, you have the right to request that inaccurate data be corrected without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you have the right to request the completion of incomplete data.
Right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”).
As a data subject, you have a right to erasure insofar as the processing is not necessary. This is the case, for example, if your data is no longer necessary for the original purposes, you have revoked your declaration of consent under data protection law or the data was processed unlawfully.
Right to restriction of processing
As a data subject, you have the right to restrict processing, e.g. if you believe that the personal data is inaccurate.
Right to data portability
As a data subject, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, common and machine-readable format.
Right to object
As a data subject, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of certain personal data concerning you. In the event of direct marketing, you as the data subject have the right to object at any time to processing of personal data concerning you for the purposes of such marketing; this also applies to profiling, insofar as it is related to such direct marketing.
I would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (for example, when communicating by e-mail) can have security gaps. A complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Verwendung von Google Maps
This website uses Google Maps API, a mapping service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”), to display an interactive map and to create directions. Google Maps is operated by Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. By using Google Maps, information about your use of this website (including your IP address) can be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google may transfer the information obtained through Maps to third parties where required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf.
Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Nevertheless, it would be technically possible for Google to identify at least individual users on the basis of the data received. It would be possible that personal data and personality profiles of users of the website could be processed by Google for other purposes over which we have and can have no control. You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our pages. The Google privacy policy & additional terms of use for Google Maps can be found at https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
